Six-second video service Vine announced on Friday it will now be available on the Web. Users will be able to view, comment and share videos from their own feed and from those who they follow via Web pages, as well as the mobile site. Worth noting: It’s catch-up for Vine, which lags nearly a year behind Instagram’s February 2013 Web debut.
