Streaming music service Pandora, which got a new CEO last year, is shaking up its org chart again. Tom Conrad, the company’s product head and chief technology officer, is leaving after a 10-year run. Chris Martin, the company’s head of engineering, will become CTO, and Pandora says it will hire someone to fill a newly created chief product officer job. Conrad announced the changes via a blog post.
