Amazon to Acquire ComiXology

Online retail giant Amazon said Thursday it had reached an agreement to acquire comiXology, a company whose platform is used to find, buy and read digital comic books. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. New York-based comiXology offers a library of digital comic books from more than 75 publishers, including titles from Marvel and DC Comics.
