AOL has hired TV and advertising veteran Kim Kadlec as “head of relationship management,” a newly created position that gives her responsibility for finding new distribution outlets for the Web company’s content. Kadlec, whose last job was at Johnson & Johnson’s global marketing group, will report to AOL CEO Tim Armstrong as well as Susan Lyne, who heads up the company’s publishing business.
