Square is rolling out a new product that prompts customers to provide feedback to a business owner from within the digital receipt emailed to them following a purchase. Square Feedback will cost business owners $10 a month and lets customers give businesses either general or specific feedback about their shopping experience. A spokeswoman said customers open about 40 percent of the digital receipts that Square sends out. The Feedback product is the first of what may be several new Square products to come that bring in recurring revenue not tied to transaction fees.
