Ramsey Homsany, the general counsel at online storage company Dropbox, has joined the board of directors at Sharethrough, a startup that’s trying to build a network for “native advertisers” — marketing made to look like a site’s regular content. Homsany has been at Dropbox since 2011; prior to that he had been deputy general counsel at Google.
