Re/code on TV: An Apple Car and Code/Media Cocktails

Re/coders had a lot to say this week, including thoughts on a rumored electric car from Apple.

Re/code was busy last week at the Code/Media conference but a few of our staffers still found time to hit the airwaves.

The big story was a rumored electric car coming from Apple. Re/code co-executive editor Kara Swisher joined CNBC’s “Squawk Alley” to discuss the reports.

Senior Editor Dawn Chmielewski was also on the story, joining MSNBC’s Ronan Farrow on Friday to talk about what a car from Apple might mean for would-be competitors like Tesla.

Chmielewski also joined NPR’s “Here and Now” to discuss the car rumors.

I joined in on the fun this week as well, hosting our weekly “Code/Forward” show on MSNBC from the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, Calif., the site of our Code/Media conference. I spoke with some of the guests outside our cocktail party, and you can see what they had to say below.
