Tonight at 8 p.m. Eastern, CBS will host the 2015 Grammy Awards. The Grammys are the most prestigious awards in the music industry, and they feature some stellar performances by the biggest names in popular music.

This year's Grammys includes performances by Rihanna, Ed Sheeran, Kanye West, Ariana Grande, AC/DC, and Eric Church to name a few. Sam Smith will do a duet with Mary J. Blige, and Katy Perry will try to one-up her Super Bowl performance. Taylor Swift isn't performing, but she will present an award.

Please join Vox's live blog covering the event. The live-blogging begins at 7:40 p.m. Eastern and will continue until the program ends.

Will the performances be any good? Will Iggy Azalea send the world swirling into heated controversy? Will a celebrity trip on her dress? Will Sam Smith win every award and leave everyone in the dust? Only time will tell.

These questions and many others will be answered, beginning at 7:40 p.m. Eastern tonight. Follow along as we live-blog the extravaganza.
