Vimeo, the IAC-owned video site that announced last fall it would sell subscriptions, is ready to open its doors. The site, which already lets video makers sell or rent their stuff, is now giving them an option to create monthly subscriptions and will give them 90 percent of the revenue after deducting transaction fees.
