New ‘Batman v Superman’ Trailer Debuts at Comic-Con

The superhero throwdown is coming in 2016.

If “Star Wars” isn’t your thing (and because it’s Saturday night), here’s some more Comic-Con goodness to whet your cinematic appetite: There’s a new trailer for “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” directed by Zack Snyder and due in 2016.

With this new trailer we get a fair sense of the plot surrounding a confrontation between the two superheroes: Ben Affleck as Batman and Henry Cavill reprising his role as Superman. There are also glimpses of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman and Jesse Eisenberg as a suspiciously hairy Lex Luthor. Enjoy!
