Eero, a startup that promises a new take on the home wireless router, said its device won’t be ready until the fall. The company had promised a summer delivery for those who preordered the device, but a new partnership deal with Amazon forced it to change its timetable, as it ramps production for retail availability on Dec. 1. The $199 router is designed to work in isolation or in conjunction with others to deliver Wi-Fi throughout the home, and boasts an easy-to-use configuration app and a guest-access feature.
