Software giant Oracle said today it has reached a deal to acquire Maxymiser, a privately held software company that specializes in testing and optimizing websites to improve sales. Financial terms were not disclosed. Maxymiser has offices in New York, London and Dusseldorf, Germany. Its customers include the luxury hotel chain Jumeirah, the fashion retailer Lacoste and the Irish bookmaker Paddypower.
