Watch: The Daily Show correspondents come back to say goodbye to Jon Stewart

The surprises on Jon Stewart’s final episode as host of The Daily Show started in the first few minutes.
The show used a spoof about the Fox News Republican debate as a vehicle to get Daily Show correspondents past and present to say goodbye to Jon. From Jessica Williams to Vance DeGeneres, Josh Gad to Darth Vader, Steve Carrell to Samantha Bee — it was not only a reminder of the 16 years Stewart spent hosting the show and all the correspondents he worked with, but also the staggering amount of talent that had passed across the program’s stage.
“I just want to thank everybody who lent their talents to this program. It’s meant the world,” Stewart said.
