Ruling the galaxy ain’t easy, especially when you’re trying to keep morale high and a solid Glassdoor rating.

Just ask Kylo Ren, leader of The First Order and notorious galactic bad boy from the latest “Star Wars” film. Ren is busy fighting the Resistance, sure, but not too busy to take a little time mingling with his stormtroopers on the latest episode of “Undercover Boss.” Thankfully “Saturday Night Live” got the footage and put it on the Internet.

Here’s Ren (Adam Driver) unsuccessfully posing as a radar technician amid The First Order’s rank and file. Reminder to all the other bosses out there: It helps your reputation if you don’t kill your employees or their families.
