Update: Here’s a full rundown and analysis of Donald Trump’s remarks.

Donald Trump is giving his first major address on energy and climate change today— a topic on which he’s previously been vague and often incoherent (he once tweeted that global warming is a hoax invented by the Chinese). He’s speaking at an oil industry conference in North Dakota, starting at 3:15 pm Eastern. Here’s the full video:
