Snapchat’s Evan Spiegel and supermodel girlfriend Miranda Kerr announced their engagement via Snapchat filter

Bitmoji for the win.

Snapchat co-founder and CEO Evan Spiegel is engaged.

Spiegel, a paper billionaire who just turned 26, recently proposed to Victoria’s Secret model Miranda Kerr. According to her Instagram feed, she said yes. The Recode team wishes them a heartfelt mazel tov.

Kerr announced the news on Wednesday with the help of what looks like one of Snapchat’s specialty filters, complete with a cartoon Spiegel on one knee proposing to a surprised cartoon Kerr. The photo wasn’t shared on Snapchat, though (at least not to us). Instead, Kerr shared it to her Instagram account, where it won’t disappear.

(The cartoons, for those who care, are actually Bitmoji creations, a company Snapchat bought back in March and just folded into its app this week.)

Kerr and Spiegel have been dating for about a year. She also has a son with actor Orlando Bloom.

We’ll be on the lookout for our wedding invite.

I said yes!!! ❤️😍❤️😍❤️
